Overview

We’re looking for a self-starting business developer who can open doors, nurture leads, and connect us with the next generation of ambitious startups.

Key responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, fintech)

  • Qualify leads and manage outreach campaigns

  • Attend events, pitch opportunities, and track conversations

  • Help shape proposals and pitch decks

  • Collaborate on positioning and outbound strategies

  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure project alignment

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration of a related field

  • Experience with creative services or startup ecosystems

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Familiarity with CRMs, sales funnels, and LinkedIn outreach

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

  • Bonus: Existing network in tech or venture
