Overview
We’re looking for a self-starting business developer who can open doors, nurture leads, and connect us with the next generation of ambitious startups.
Key responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients (startups, SMEs, fintech)
Qualify leads and manage outreach campaigns
Attend events, pitch opportunities, and track conversations
Help shape proposals and pitch decks
Collaborate on positioning and outbound strategies
Collaborate with other departments to ensure project alignment
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration of a related field
Experience with creative services or startup ecosystems
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Familiarity with CRMs, sales funnels, and LinkedIn outreach
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Bonus: Existing network in tech or venture
